Rotary Club of Fredericton North Inc. Charitable Trust is our registered charity. We seek and receive charitable donations and grant funds grounded in Rotary goals and values. All donations to our Charitable Trust are eligible for tax receipts.
Rotary Club of Fredericton North Charitable Trust works actively to support projects and causes in Rotary International’s seven areas of focus.
Where do our donations go?
These are some of the many organizations and causes we have supported with the money we raise:
- Camp Rotary for campers with disabilities.
- NCC’s Lincoln Wetlands property - mulch upgrade on 500m of a widened loop and bridge repair.
- Fredericton Botanical Gardens Environment - assistance to prepare the Food Forest
- Nashwaaksis Memorial School - 18-23 Snack Nutrition Buckets provided weekly to students and funding for the school’s hot lunch program.
- Adaptive Swing for Garden Creek School playground.
- The Gaia Project to purchase books for curriculum-aligned programs
- Leo Hayes High School - annual bursary program for graduating students
