John Howard Society

Tim Fox is semi-retired. However, he serves as the Communications and Event Director for The John Howard Society of Fredericton and also sits on Hanwell Council as the Councilor for Ward 3. Tim has served as the Event Director for the Coldest Night of the Year fundraising walk for the past three years. The walkathon takes place in Fredericton on the last Saturday in February every year. 

 

Tim has a long history of working and volunteering in the charitable sector. He is the former executive director of the Atlantic Branch of The Kidney Foundation of Canada, as well as the former executive director of the Fredericton Community Foundation. In addition, Tim is a volunteer driver for Urban Rural Rides, and he coached the Fredericton Predators varsity girls football team for nine years.
